About Us

‍ ‍has been operating since 2005. We are excited to continue the tradition of upholstery- craftsmanship, attention to detail, and artistry at the heart of this amazing trade. We're a team of passionate thinkers and doers, collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.

The owner and operator, Caroline Jordan, is proud to carry forward this trusted upholstery business that has served this community for more than 20 years. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), she spent working and running a freelance business in Atlanta before pursuing her passion for hands-on craftsmanship. Her appreciation for hard work done well led her to Hayesville as a seamstress for the previous owner of Tri State Upholstery Cathy Jones and eventually to purchase the business. Caroline combines an artist's eye for design with a deep respect for traditional upholstery techniques. She works to give cherished furniture new life while helping clients create pieces that can be enjoyed for generations. Caroline is honored to work with both longtime customers and new clients, continuing the legacy of excellence that has made the business a local favorite.

Our Staff and Office, as part of our commitment to the community, are dedicated to preserving the traditional skills of upholstery and sewing by investing in apprenticeship opportunities and hands-on training for the next generation of craftspeople.
